My work sits between unclear operational problems and AI systems that need to perform reliably in the real world.

I started at Phronetic AI as a Data Annotator intern and kept moving closer to the product: first understanding why outputs failed, then shaping requirements, evaluating performance, and improving entire workflows.

Today, I bring 2+ years of experience embedding with enterprise clients and owning AI agent delivery end to end—from ambiguous requirements to production workflows. I’m hands-on with LLMs, APIs, prompt engineering, and orchestration across retail, fintech, and healthcare. As an intern, I proposed a platform feature nobody asked for. It shipped—and improved accuracy by 20%.
